About the FigsFlow integration

A proposal is accepted, yet the sales team may still need to chase the next handover, notify delivery staff, or record the new client in its messaging system. FigsFlow can report Proposal Won Create Contact when a proposal is won. Through Zapier, that event can trigger Mobile Message to create the contact, send an SMS, or notify a selected list.

This helps proposal-led businesses respond promptly after a prospect says yes. Create Contact can place the winning contact into Mobile Message for future permitted communication. Send SMS can alert an account manager or send a concise welcome message, while Send SMS to List can notify a project or onboarding group. Map only the details available from FigsFlow and make sure the recipient is authorised to receive the message.

FigsFlow also offers Create New Contact and Create Organisation. Those actions are useful when Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received event should create a record in FigsFlow, provided the incoming text contains enough information for the action. The workflow remains one-directional for each Zap, with Zapier passing selected fields between the two services.
