About the Fibery integration

A task or document changes in Fibery and the people responsible still need a prompt to act. Checking workspaces for every update can lead to missed deadlines, especially when a change matters to someone who is not watching the board. Fibery's Entity Updated (Or Created) trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS that points the recipient towards the changed work.

Through Zapier, a New Entity event can trigger Send SMS or Create Contact in Mobile Message. An updated entity can also trigger Add Contact to List when the person connected with that work should be placed into a relevant communication group. These workflows suit teams using Fibery for tasks, documents and other work objects, while SMS provides a direct alert for a deadline, approval or customer-related change.

Mobile Message events can also start Fibery actions. Inbound SMS Received can create a New Entity, giving a reply a visible place in the Fibery workspace. Delivery Status Updated can start Update Entity when the message result should be recorded against an existing object. Each Zap is configured as a separate one-way automation, with fields mapped to the particular entity and recipient.
