A new testimonial has arrived in Feedspace, giving your team a useful moment to thank the customer and keep the feedback process moving. Feedspace can pass that submission event to Mobile Message through Zapier, so a text can acknowledge the contributor without someone checking the testimonial dashboard first. A prompt response can confirm receipt and explain what may happen next with the feedback.

Use New Testimonial with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action for a direct thank-you message. You can also use Send SMS to List when a marketing or customer experience team should know that a new testimonial has been submitted. Feedspace’s Submit Testimonial action can respond to Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received, allowing a text-led workflow to create a testimonial record when someone sends the required information. These are separate Zapier automations, not a native two-way integration. SMS remains plain text, and the workflow does not synchronise testimonial records between the services.
