FavorDrop SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with FavorDrop!

A promotion feels more useful when a recipient receives the next message soon after claiming or using a card. FavorDrop helps teams send time-bound prepaid cards through its Discover Network, with events for New Card Claim and New Card Usage. Mobile Message can add SMS communication to those moments through Zapier, helping loyalty and marketing teams acknowledge activity without manually checking promotion records.

New Card Claim can trigger a message confirming that a recipient's card has been created, using the contact information supplied by FavorDrop. New Card Usage can send a thank-you or a reminder about the promotion, depending on the information available in the event. In the other direction, Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can run FavorDrop's Add Phone or Email to a Promotion's Allowlist action when an authorised text contains the required promotion and contact details. These are separate one-directional workflows.

The connection does not send card details by SMS, manage a promotion from Mobile Message or synchronise recipient records. It simply lets a business choose a useful message or allowlist action at a defined event. Keep SMS wording concise and avoid placing sensitive payment information in plain text.
