About the FastSocial integration

Social teams who schedule posts across several platforms can miss a publishing failure or leave clients waiting for confirmation. FastSocial provides Post Published, Post Scheduled and Post Failed events to Zapier, so Mobile Message can send a plain text SMS when a social update needs attention.

Post Failed is especially useful for an urgent internal alert, while Post Published can notify a client that agreed content is live. New Client Added can also create a Mobile Message contact, giving the messaging account a record for future notices. The FastSocial Create Post action can be started by an inbound Mobile Message text when a suitably formatted request contains the information needed for a post. These are separate, configured workflows rather than a shared social and SMS inbox.

Zapier connects the selected FastSocial event with one Mobile Message action without code. Choose the recipient, map the available post or client details and test the SMS before enabling the Zap. Both accounts are required. Messages remain plain text, and the outcome depends on the fields FastSocial supplies.

A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration. Please view Zapier's pricing page for further information.
