A website form submission arrives while your team is busy publishing content or maintaining a CMS collection. If the submission waits in FastMode, a lead or customer may not receive a prompt response. A Zapier workflow can send a Mobile Message SMS as soon as the form is submitted, giving your team a clear alert to act on.

Use New Form Submission to notify a salesperson, support contact, or manager. New CMS Item can also send a text when a new blog post, team member, or other collection item is created. If a CMS Item Updated event affects a public page or customer-facing record, Mobile Message can notify the person responsible for checking it. The available CMS actions remain useful when an inbound SMS should create, update, or delete an item in FastMode.

These workflows are event-based hand-offs, not a two-way content sync. FastMode starts the SMS when it has a relevant event, or Mobile Message starts a FastMode action when someone texts your number. Zapier lets you map fields and add filters so the message or CMS change is limited to the cases your team actually needs to notice.
