Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with ExpertHero!
The connection works through Zapier and Mobile Message. You can send a message to the user when suitable contact details are available, or send an internal notice to a selected recipient. A new activity could include the available activity information, so an expert knows where to look and what needs attention. The message remains plain text and is built from the fields passed by ExpertHero.
ExpertHero has no listed actions, so the useful direction is from ExpertHero into Mobile Message. This does not create or update an ExpertHero record from an SMS, and it does not synchronise bookings. Select one ExpertHero trigger, choose the Mobile Message action and test the workflow with a real sample event.
