A contractor creates a new Exayard project after receiving plans from a prospective client. The estimating team may need to know that the project is ready for takeoff, while the contractor is moving between sites and cannot keep the app open. A Zapier workflow can turn that project event into a Mobile Message SMS.

Use New Project to alert an estimator, or Run Takeoff Analysis as a controlled action when another workflow provides an existing project. Estimate Generated can notify the person preparing a proposal, and Bid Generated can send an internal prompt that a bid document is ready for review.
