Eshopbox SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Eshopbox!
New Order can trigger Send SMS to alert a fulfilment manager or customer contact with the order information available in the event. New Shipment can send a dispatch notification, while Shipment Status Update can alert staff when a shipment becomes ready to ship, shipped or cancelled. Inventory Level Change can also send a warning when stock changes and needs attention. For customer records, New Order or New Receivable can trigger Create Contact when suitable contact details are present.
These are selected event-to-action workflows, not a native Eshopbox and Mobile Message sync. Zapier transfers the fields you map, and you decide which status changes warrant an SMS, who receives it and whether a contact is created in Mobile Message.
