Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Ekklo!

A coach is preparing the next programme when a prospect moves from first contact to discovery, or a new client creates an account from the mobile app. Those moments can easily be missed between sessions, messages and administration. Ekklo gives you events around prospects and clients, while Mobile Message can make the next action visible by text.

Through Zapier, New Prospect Created can trigger Create Contact or Send SMS in Mobile Message. Prospect Stage Changed can notify a coach when a lead reaches proposal or closing, and Prospect Converted to Client can send a welcome text or add the person to an onboarding list. You can also use Inbound SMS Received to trigger Ekklo actions such as Add Note to Prospect, Move Prospect to Stage or Create Client, provided the incoming message contains enough information for the selected action. These workflows operate in one direction at a time and do not maintain a two-way CRM sync. Use filters for stage changes and map identifiers carefully, particularly where several prospects share similar names.

Can Ekklo text a coach when a prospect changes stage?

Yes. Prospect Stage Changed can trigger Send SMS in Mobile Message. Include the prospect name, new stage and other mapped details in the alert, so the coach knows when a lead reaches discovery, proposal or closing.

Can a new Ekklo client be added to a Mobile Message list?

Yes. Prospect Converted to Client or New Client Created can trigger Add Contact to List. Select the appropriate onboarding list and map the client’s phone number, subject to the contact fields available from the chosen Ekklo event.

What is required for an Ekklo and Mobile Message Zap?
