Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with eGifter Rewards!
A new order can trigger Send SMS with the recipient’s redemption information, while Order Status Changed can notify staff when a gift card moves to completed. Low Account Balance can alert the person who manages rewards before fulfilment is interrupted. Create Gift Card Claim Link and Send Digital Gift Card can also be used in a wider Zap, with the returned details passed to Mobile Message when appropriate. Mobile Message sends plain-text messages only. The connection runs through Zapier, so eGifter Rewards remains the source of order and balance events and Mobile Message handles the SMS step.
