Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Edpay!
With Edpay connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, a successful payment can trigger a confirmation text, while a refund can prompt a tailored update. A new subscription can welcome a learner, and a new unsubscribe can alert an administrator to review the account. Mobile Message sends the message using the details passed from Edpay.
You can create separate Zaps for different payment events and personalise the wording for students, parents or staff. This connection does not update Edpay from Mobile Message or act as a payment system. It provides an SMS response to the Edpay event you select.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.

Edpay + SMS: common questions
Can Edpay send an SMS after a payment is made?
Yes. Use Edpay’s New Payment trigger with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. The Zap can send a confirmation to the payer using the payment and contact details available in the Edpay event.
Can I notify a student when a subscription or refund changes?
Yes. New Subscription and New Refund can each start a separate Zap. Pair either event with Send SMS and write a message suited to the learner, parent or payer involved in the transaction.
How do I connect Edpay payment events to Mobile Message?
Keep active Edpay and Mobile Message accounts and use Zapier to build the workflow. No code is required. Choose an Edpay event, select the Mobile Message action, map the payment fields and test the SMS before switching it on.
