An invoice is issued, a contract is signed or a client accepts an invitation. Edens can record these business events, but the people who need to act may not be watching the platform at that moment. A Zap can turn the most useful Edens triggers into Mobile Message SMS alerts, so customers, administrators or team members receive a prompt while the event is current.

Invoice Issued can notify a customer that billing information is available, while Invoice Paid can alert an accounts team. Contract Signed can prompt the next operational step, and Invitation Accepted can tell an administrator that access was confirmed. If an event contains suitable contact details, Mobile Message can create a contact or add one to a list as part of the workflow.

The connection runs through Zapier and uses one Edens trigger with one Mobile Message action. It does not create a native two-way update or send changes back into Edens. Choose message recipients carefully, particularly for invoice and contract events, then test the fields and timing before enabling the Zap.

Edens can remain the source of the business record while Mobile Message provides the short notification. Keep the SMS focused on what the recipient needs to know or do next, and use any available reference or link to help them find the full details.
