Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Ecotrak!
This gives facilities teams a practical notification path from Ecotrak into SMS. Mobile Message can send the message to one recipient, send an alert to a list, create the customer as a contact or add that contact to a list. Ecotrak's supplied actions cover invoice and work order changes, but none is a suitable response to an inbound Mobile Message text in this connection.
The useful workflow is therefore one-directional from New Work Order to a Mobile Message action. It does not automatically approve an invoice, record payment or update a work order after an SMS. Choose the recipient carefully, map the work order fields and test the message with a sample record. Staff can then see the alert where they already handle urgent operational communication.

Yes. Pair New Work Order with Send SMS to List. Mobile Message can notify a prepared list of staff or service contacts when Ecotrak creates a work order.
How do I set up Ecotrak work order SMS alerts?
