Easyship SMS Integration

A parcel moves into transit, and customers begin asking where it is before your team has time to check each tracking page. Easyship can signal Shipment In-Transit, Shipment Delivered or Shipment Updated, giving your business a useful moment to send a plain-text status message through Mobile Message. New Shipping Label can also start a notification when shipping details are created.

A transit SMS can set expectations and reduce manual tracking replies. A delivery event can confirm that the parcel has arrived, while a shipment update can communicate a status change when the courier provides one. Mobile Message can send an SMS, create a contact or add a contact to a list, allowing your team to keep the recipient available for future communications.

The connection uses Zapier. Select the Easyship event, map the recipient’s mobile number and tracking information, then choose the Mobile Message action. Easyship’s Create a Shipment action is available for workflows that need to create shipments, although the strongest customer-facing use here is sending messages from shipment events. Each Zap handles one event and one resulting action.
