Easy Project SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Easy Project!
Through Zapier, New Task can trigger an SMS containing the task name, priority or assigned user. New Project can alert a project lead, while a Task Comments Web Hook Trigger can notify a team member when a comment is created, updated or deleted. New Time Entry can also send an internal update where a recorded work entry needs review. You can create or update Easy Project tasks from an inbound Mobile Message event when that is a sensible response.
These workflows are one-directional. A Zap watches one Easy Project event and performs one Mobile Message action, or watches an inbound SMS and runs one Easy Project action. It does not synchronise project records or promise that changes in both systems remain aligned.
Use SMS for concise alerts and map a link or identifier only if it is available in the event data. Keep project information limited to the people who should receive it.

Yes. New Task can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. Map the task subject, assigned user and other available fields to give the recipient a concise project alert.
Can an inbound Mobile Message text create an Easy Project task?
Yes. Inbound SMS Received can run Easy Project’s Create Task action. This can turn a texted request into a task when the message contains enough information for your project workflow.
