Detrack's Create Job action builds a new job in the Detrack dashboard the moment it's triggered, ready for a driver to be assigned and tracked through delivery. Paired with an inbound text, a customer's request becomes a scheduled job without a dispatcher manually re-entering the address and contact details from the message, which matters when requests are arriving from several numbers at once.

The connection runs through Zapier, from Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger into Detrack's Create Job action. It's one directional, a text starts a job, and Detrack doesn't feed tracking updates back into Mobile Message as part of this pairing, so drivers and dispatchers keep working from the Detrack dashboard as they always have.
