If a customer texts your Mobile Message number with a delivery request, that message can create the order straight in DeliverLogic, ready for a driver to be assigned. DeliverLogic doesn't send anything back the other way yet, so the automation only runs from the text message into DeliverLogic, but that is still one less handwritten note standing between an order and a driver on the road.

Can a text message create an order in DeliverLogic automatically?

Yes. Connect Mobile Message to DeliverLogic through Zapier and set Inbound SMS Received as the trigger. A text sent to your Mobile Message number with a delivery request runs the Create Order action, adding it straight to DeliverLogic without anyone typing it in by hand.

Can DeliverLogic send an SMS update when an order status changes?

Not yet. DeliverLogic doesn't offer a trigger of its own, so nothing inside it can start a Zap. The connection currently runs one way, from Mobile Message into DeliverLogic, letting a text message create an order rather than update one already in the system.

What do I need to set up the DeliverLogic and Mobile Message connection?

You need an active Mobile Message account and a DeliverLogic account, plus a Zapier account to join them. No coding is required, just build a Zap with Inbound SMS Received as the trigger and Create Order as the action, then turn it on.
