Dataforce ASAP SMS Integration

An appointment changes while an energy upgrade team is arranging customers, jobs and site visits. Dataforce ASAP can provide modified appointment data to a Zap, and Mobile Message can then send a plain text update to the relevant customer or staff member. This gives the recipient a timely notice without someone copying appointment details into a separate message.

For operators managing work under government energy efficiency schemes, appointment changes may affect access, scheduling and field coordination. A Zap can use Get Modified Appointments as its trigger, then send an SMS through Mobile Message with the mapped date, time or next instruction. The workflow can also create a customer, appointment, job or booking in Dataforce ASAP after an inbound Mobile Message text starts the Zap.

This is a focused way to place SMS around the records your team already manages. It does not sync every field between the services. Each Zap has one trigger and one action, and the information sent or created is limited to the fields you choose during setup.
