A controls contractor learns that a customer, project or timesheet has changed, but the person who needs to respond may not be watching Cube at that moment. Cube provides New Cube Edge Customer, New Cube TImesheet and New Cube Edge Project events, which can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier.

Use a new customer event to welcome the contact, a new project event to notify the responsible operator, or a new timesheet event to send an internal reminder about submitted work. A new vendor can also trigger a Mobile Message contact action when vendor details should be available in the messaging platform. Delivery Status Updated can start Cube’s Update Cube Edge Synchronization Status action if your process records the result of a message.

These are targeted notifications rather than a replacement for Cube’s records or synchronisation controls. Select the Cube event that matters, map the project or contact fields, and choose the Mobile Message result. Staff receive a clear text with the reference they need, while the original business data remains in Cube.
