CSG Forte Payments SMS Integration

A new sale has been created while your staff are serving customers, processing accounts or managing scheduled payments. CSG Forte Payments records card and echeck or ACH activity in one platform, but a payment event can still sit unseen until someone checks the system.

Through Zapier, CSG Forte Payments can start a Mobile Message SMS when a New Sale, New Customer or New Schedule is created. That text might alert an accounts team member, confirm that a payment-related record needs attention, or notify a service operator that a new customer has entered the system. A New Credit event can also send a message when a credit transaction is recorded, helping the right person review it promptly.

This connection is useful when payment activity needs a visible prompt outside the payments platform. Mobile Message handles the outgoing SMS, while CSG Forte Payments remains the source of the transaction event. You choose the recipient, message wording and any filters in Zapier, so alerts can be limited to the payment events that matter to your operation. It is a one-way workflow rather than a live data sync.
