A new appointment appears in Craftboxx while your construction team is moving between sites. The office can use that event to send the customer an SMS with the scheduled visit details, rather than relying on a phone call or a manually prepared message. A new project can also prompt a text that confirms the job has been logged and explains what happens next.

Craftboxx brings planning, documentation, time tracking and site problem solving together, while Mobile Message handles the customer-facing SMS through Zapier. New Customer events can create a contact in Mobile Message, giving your team a usable record before appointment reminders are sent. Updated Customer Address events can also update the matching contact, so future messages are directed to the latest details.

This setup is useful for builders, trades businesses and site coordinators who need customers to know when work is booked or a project has started. It does not create a native two-way connection or synchronise both systems. Each Zap has one Craftboxx event and one Mobile Message action, with the message wording and customer fields chosen by your team.
