A visitor has completed a Convertful prompt, but the useful response can disappear into the rest of your website activity. Convertful can send one of its numbered trigger events to Zapier, allowing Mobile Message to send an SMS or alert an existing SMS list when a chosen popup, survey, smart bar, or other action is executed.

The numbered triggers must be matched to the Convertful action you want to monitor in your own account. Once selected, the Zap can send a short acknowledgement to the visitor, notify a sales team, or provide a next-step instruction using the data made available by that event. Send SMS to List is useful when staff, rather than the visitor, should receive the alert.

Convertful’s listed actions only update Zapier data by changing a custom field or tag. They do not create a customer record or send a message. For that reason, the strongest practical direction is from a Convertful trigger to Mobile Message. This is a one-directional Zapier workflow, not a native two-way integration, and the result depends on the data supplied by the selected trigger.
