Estimate Rocket SMS Integration

A contractor is chasing a proposal, creating an invoice or waiting for payment while several jobs compete for attention. Manual reminders can be forgotten, especially when the information already exists in Estimate Rocket. A Zapier connection to Mobile Message can turn those events into timely SMS messages, so customers or staff receive a prompt without another copying task.

Use Estimate Rocket’s New Invoice trigger with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action to notify a customer that an invoice has been created. New Payment can send a receipt-style acknowledgement, while Proposal Status Updated can alert a salesperson when a proposal changes. New Assignment can also send a work notification to the relevant recipient. For larger teams, Send SMS to List can notify a selected operational group about a new project or payment.

Estimate Rocket’s Create Client, Create Project and Create Payment actions can be started by Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received or Delivery Status Updated triggers when a defined message should create a record. Use conditions to control which texts create records and map only the fields the action accepts. The connection is via Zapier, not a native synchronised system, so Estimate Rocket remains the project and payment record.
