An ecommerce team can respond to a new shopper or subscriber while the customer record is still fresh in Contlo. New Profile Created and New Subscriber Created can start a Zapier workflow that sends an SMS through Mobile Message. Mobile Message can also create a Contlo profile or event when an SMS workflow needs to write back to the marketing platform.

A new profile message might welcome a shopper, while a new subscriber message can confirm that the person has joined a channel. You can also use Create Profile when an inbound Mobile Message text identifies someone who should be added to Contlo, or Create Event to record a meaningful customer interaction. These workflows do not provide a general two-way sync. They run through Zapier, with one selected event and one selected action on each side. Map only the customer information needed for the chosen outcome, check consent and message wording, then test the workflow before sending live SMS. Contlo remains the place for its own marketing records and Mobile Message handles the SMS action you select.
