A new job, proposal or invoice appears while a trade team is busy organising staff and visiting customers. Commusoft can start a Zapier workflow from events such as New Job, Job Complete, New Invoice or New Customer, and Mobile Message can send an SMS to the customer or the responsible team member. That removes the need to monitor every office event manually.

A Job Complete event can trigger a customer message about completed work, while New Invoice can alert a customer that billing information is ready. New Scheduled Activity and New Diary can also notify staff about upcoming work.
