Collabios SMS Integration

A booking lands in Collabios while a brand manager is still reviewing other creator work. With Zapier, New Booking can trigger Mobile Message to send an SMS to the relevant contact or notify a colleague that a booking needs attention. The message can acknowledge the booking, share a next step or remind the team to check the agreed details.

This is useful for operators who coordinate campaigns, creators and approvals in Collabios but rely on SMS for urgent communication. Mobile Message can also create a contact from a new booking, so the number is available in its contact records for later messaging. You can choose Send SMS to List when a booking notification belongs with a defined group rather than one recipient.

The supplied Collabios connection has one trigger and no actions. As a result, the useful direction is from Collabios into Mobile Message. It is not a native booking synchronisation and it will not update Collabios when someone replies. Build the Zap around New Booking, map the fields that identify the booking and recipient, then test the wording so the alert is clear without exposing information that the recipient does not need.
