A coworking member books a space, then the front desk needs to know whether the booking is still going ahead. Coherent's booking events can start an SMS through Mobile Message, helping members receive a confirmation or cancellation message without staff checking the workspace system and copying details by hand.

Use New Booking to send a timely confirmation, or Booking Cancelled to tell the member and relevant staff that the space is available again. New Organisation Sign-Up and New Team Member can also start welcome messages for people joining a workspace. Coherent provides triggers only in the supplied list, so the useful direction is from Coherent to Mobile Message. There are no Coherent actions for an incoming SMS event. Set the phone number, message content and mapped booking details in Zapier. The connection requires both accounts, runs through Zapier and is not a native two-way integration. It does not synchronise bookings. Instead, each selected Coherent event creates a specific SMS outcome, while Coherent remains the place for workspace records and booking management.
