CMap Software SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with CMap Software!
New Lead can send an acknowledgement or create a contact. Project Win can notify the delivery team, while New Project can send a welcome SMS to the relevant client contact. You can also use Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger to create or update a CMap contact when a customer texts in. Each workflow is configured around the fields available in the selected CMap event.
This is a set of focused automations, not a native project-management or CRM synchronisation. Mobile Message sends plain text messages, while CMap remains the place for projects, companies and professional services records. Select the event, map the phone details and test the result before putting the Zap into operation.
