Rather than a dispatcher retyping a customer's message into the system, an inbound text becomes a job ready for approval, or an update to a job already assigned. This isn't a two way sync between the two platforms. Mobile Message only tells Cigo Tracker that a customer replied, and Cigo Tracker takes it from there, creating or updating the job as instructed. The staging area can be skipped if the Job is created with skip_staging set to true. However, if you do not provide the Job's precise coordinates, we will automatically geocode the address you provided.

Yes. When a customer replies to a text, Mobile Message can hand that reply to Cigo Tracker to create a new job in the staging area, ready for a dispatcher to review and assign.
Can a text reply update a job that's already been created in Cigo Tracker?
Yes, as long as the job hasn't been assigned to an itinerary yet. A customer reply can update the job itself or add a job action while it's still in staging or new.
What do I need to link Mobile Message with Cigo Tracker?
You need an account with each platform and a Zapier account to build the automation between them. No coding is required, and the Zap runs on its own once the trigger and action are chosen.
