About the Cigo Tracker integration
Rather than a dispatcher retyping a customer's message into the system, an inbound text becomes a job ready for approval, or an update to a job already assigned. A courier company running pickups can let customers text in a change of address and see it land as a new staged job within seconds, without anyone opening a laptop between calls.
This isn't a two way sync between the two platforms. Mobile Message only tells Cigo Tracker that a customer replied, and Cigo Tracker takes it from there, creating or updating the job as instructed. For a team juggling vehicles, operators and a full day of stops, having that first reply turn into a staged job removes one more manual step from a busy morning.

- Create Job — Create a new Job in the staging area (also known as the Import Tool) to be reviewed by your Dispatcher(s). The staging area can be skipped if the Job is created with skip_staging set to true. However, if you do not provide the Job's precise coordinates, we will automatically geocode the address you provided.

Can a text reply update a job that's already been created in Cigo Tracker?
Yes, as long as the job hasn't been assigned to an itinerary yet. A customer reply can update the job itself or add a job action while it's still in staging or new.
What do I need to link Mobile Message with Cigo Tracker?
