You are reviewing a Checkvist list when a new item appears that someone needs to know about straight away. A task, idea or checklist entry can be easy to miss if colleagues only see it during their next planning session. Sending a targeted SMS makes the important item visible without asking the list owner to copy and paste it.

Through Zapier, Checkvist can trigger Mobile Message when a new list or list item is created. Mobile Message can send an SMS, send an SMS to a list, create a contact or add a contact to a list. A new list item can alert the person responsible, while a new list can notify a group that a project space is ready for use.

The connection suits teams that capture work in Checkvist but need urgent notifications outside the task manager. It does not create a two-way copy of list content. You choose the Checkvist event, map the useful text into a Mobile Message action and decide whether the result should reach one person, a list or your contact records.
