Checklist Fácil SMS Integration

A completed inspection can show that work is finished, but the result still needs to reach the person responsible for the next decision. Checklist Fácil provides New Checklist Completed as an event for Zapier. Mobile Message can turn that event into a plain text SMS for a manager, field team or configured notification list.

The message can confirm that a selected checklist has been completed and include useful information supplied by Checklist Fácil, such as an identifier or location when those fields are available. This is a simple notification workflow because the supplied Checklist Fácil list contains a trigger but no actions. It can therefore alert people after completion, but it cannot create or update a checklist record in the other direction.

The connection runs through Zapier and each SMS automation is one way. Choose recipients who genuinely need completion alerts, then keep the message focused on the result and the next action. No attachment is sent by SMS, so any follow-up material should be handled through an existing process.
