A customer completes a Checkify+ checkout, but the order details may sit in the checkout system while your fulfilment or support team waits for an update. Manual checking creates an avoidable chase, especially when several orders arrive close together. Zapier can use Order Completed to start a Mobile Message workflow and make the next step visible straight away.

Send the customer an order acknowledgement, notify a fulfilment operator or create a Mobile Message contact from the details supplied during checkout. Checkout Initiated can also alert a sales or support team when a visitor has entered contact details but has not yet completed the purchase. The message can contain plain text such as an order reference, expected follow-up or a request to complete the next step.

This connection helps turn important checkout events into timely SMS communication. It does not process payments inside Mobile Message, recover a checkout automatically or create a shared order database. You choose the event, fields, recipient and wording in Zapier, then test the workflow so customers receive a message appropriate to the event.
