A new dispute can demand attention before the details are gathered and the response deadline gets closer. Chargeflow provides a New Dispute trigger, while its actions can enrich a dispute with order, customer, transaction, product, shipping, billing, payment, fulfilment, or evidence information. Mobile Message can add an immediate SMS alert to the process, so the person responsible knows that a dispute has arrived.

Use Zapier to send a plain text notification when Chargeflow receives a new dispute. The message can include the dispute identifier, customer details, order amount, or deadline fields available at the trigger stage. You can also create or update a Mobile Message contact, or add a customer to a list, when that information is appropriate and consent allows it. Chargeflow’s enrichment actions are useful inside a broader Zap, but they do not by themselves create a customer-facing result through Mobile Message. The supplied Chargeflow action list is therefore best suited to workflows where New Dispute starts the process and Mobile Message sends an alert. This is not a native two-way integration or a replacement for Chargeflow’s dispute workspace. It is a focused notification path through Zapier, with testing needed to confirm which dispute fields are available when the SMS step runs.
