Certopus stores and issues certificates, badges and other credentials, and its create credential action can run the instant that text comes in through Mobile Message, connected via Zapier. The reply itself stays simple, a customer texting in is all Mobile Message reports, but the credential built off the back of it can carry a name, a course, a date, whatever the workflow was set up to fill in before the certificate is generated and optionally published.
