Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with CertFusion!

A training provider issues a certificate, and the recipient wants confirmation without waiting for someone to send a separate message. CertFusion can report a New Recipient or New List event, and it can issue a certificate to one recipient or to multiple recipients through its available actions.

With CertFusion connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, a new recipient can trigger Create Contact so the person is available in Mobile Message. A new list can trigger Send SMS to List when a group needs a notice, while an inbound SMS can start CertFusion’s Issue Certificate to Recipient action when your process uses a text request.

This gives administrators a practical way to connect certificate records with SMS notifications. Mobile Message sends texts and CertFusion manages recipients and certificates. The workflow does not automatically keep both systems synchronised, and certificate content remains managed in CertFusion.

Can a new CertFusion recipient become a Mobile Message contact?

Yes. Use CertFusion’s New Recipient trigger with Mobile Message’s Create Contact action. The Zap can map the recipient information supplied by CertFusion into a new contact record.

Can CertFusion send a text when a list is created?

Yes. New List can start a Zap using Mobile Message’s Send SMS to List action. Select the appropriate Mobile Message list and write a notification suited to the certificate or training process.
