About the CatchUp integration

A project manager using CatchUp sees a new task or message appear while the team is away from the project screen. Important work can wait because someone must check the task list, copy the details and decide who needs an alert. CatchUp's New Task trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier, giving the relevant person a prompt notice about new work.

New Message in Task Chat can alert a project contact when a conversation needs attention, while Get Tasks can support a scheduled or manually initiated retrieval before a later SMS step. Mobile Message can send an SMS, send to a list or create a contact from the CatchUp data. If a reply arrives by SMS, Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can use CatchUp's Create Task action to create follow-up work in a selected project. Its Post Message to Task Chat action can also place the text into a task conversation. These are separate one-directional Zaps, not a live project synchronisation. Zapier connects the accounts and lets you choose which tasks, messages or replies should create a noticeable action.
