The new order should produce a prompt customer or staff message, rather than waiting for someone to notice it during a later check. Carismar Commerce can trigger a Zap when a new order is created, and Mobile Message can send an SMS with the relevant order information.

The ERP information version can suit operational notifications, while the lighter marketing information version can suit a simpler customer or sales alert. A new product can also prompt a message to a merchandising team, and a product price update can alert people who need to review the change. Mobile Message can send the message to an individual or a list.

Carismar Commerce also offers product creation and product text updates as actions. An inbound Mobile Message can therefore create a product or update product text where the mapped SMS content is suitable for that purpose. These are separate one-way Zapier workflows, not a native integration or a continuous synchronisation of commerce records.
