About the CaratIQ integration

A jewellery store receives a new customer or order in CaratIQ and wants the buyer to receive a prompt, personal update. Through Zapier, New Customers can trigger Mobile Message Create Contact, while New Orders can trigger Send SMS with an order acknowledgement. This turns a record created in the store system into a clear customer touchpoint.

New Deals and Update Order are useful for sales and fulfilment teams. A new deal can alert a salesperson by text, while an order update can send the customer a short status message. New Activity and New Task can also notify staff when a follow-up or operational action has been recorded in CaratIQ.

The connection uses selected one-directional workflows rather than a native sync. You choose a CaratIQ trigger, map the fields supplied by that event and select a Mobile Message action. Add Contact to List can organise new customers into an appropriate list after Create Contact, and Delivery Status Updated can help monitor whether important texts were delivered.
