Through Zapier, a New Employee event can trigger Mobile Message’s Create Contact action, so a person’s details are added to Mobile Message for later communication. A completed background job can trigger Send SMS and alert a finance or sales operations contact that the work has reached the selected status. These workflows connect a clear CaptivateIQ event with a visible Mobile Message result.

You can also use CaptivateIQ’s Export Payout Summary action from a Mobile Message event, although an SMS is usually the more practical direction for urgent updates. The connection does not synchronise employee records or commission plans. It runs only the Zaps and field mappings you configure.
