Inspection teams often need people to know when a report is ready, a registration changes or a project record is created. Captego can send those events to Zapier, allowing Mobile Message to notify an inspector, manager or customer by SMS. This gives a completed inspection or generated PDF a visible next step instead of leaving the team to check Captego manually.

Captego provides Registration Created/Updated, PDF Has Been Generated, Data Form Values Changed and Hide in App State Changed for Inspection triggers. Its actions include Create Project, Create Inspection, Create Custom Report and several registration and permission actions. A generated PDF can trigger Send SMS to the responsible person, while a new registration can create a Mobile Message contact or add one to a list. The SMS should describe the event and direct the recipient to the next action using the information available in the Zap.

This connection runs through Zapier and is one-directional. Captego supplies the inspection event, and Mobile Message sends the text or manages its contact records. It does not place a PDF or inspection attachment into an SMS. Apply filters for the inspections and recipients that genuinely need notification.
