Campaign Refinery SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Campaign Refinery!
A new contact can receive a welcome SMS, while a new form or campaign can alert the person responsible for checking it. You can also create or update a Mobile Message contact when Campaign Refinery adds or changes a record. If a customer replies by SMS, Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can use Campaign Refinery’s Send Single Email action to notify a team member. Keep the message content appropriate for plain SMS and map only the data available in the selected event. This is a Zapier connection between separate accounts, not a native two-way sync. Build and test each workflow independently so list membership, consent and follow-up messages match your communication process.
