Calenso SMS Integration

When a booking lands in Calenso, the customer expects the business to know what happens next. A confirmation or reminder text can reduce uncertainty, while a cancellation message can help staff respond before the appointment is forgotten. Calenso provides events for new appointments, event bookings, cancellations and customer changes, giving a Zap a clear point to act.

Through Zapier, New Appointment Booking or New Event Booking can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action. Appointment Booking Cancelled and Event Booking Cancelled can send a cancellation notice to a team member or customer. Customer Created can create a Mobile Message contact, and Add Contact to List can place new customers into a suitable group for later communication. Each Zap is one-directional and uses the selected event and action.

The message can include available booking details such as the customer's name, appointment type and scheduled time. Calenso remains the booking system, while Mobile Message sends the text or manages the contact record. Review consent, timing and the fields available in your Zap before publishing the workflow.
