Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Businessmap!
You can also use New Board to alert an administrator when a new workspace is created, or use Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger to place a new card in Businessmap. This gives replies from customers or staff a visible home on the board, without asking someone to copy each message manually. The result is a practical link between board activity and timely text communication, while Businessmap remains the place where work is organised and Mobile Message remains the place where SMS is sent.

Triggers 2
- Card Events Trigger — Triggers when new event happens on the board. This trigger will fire for all events on your board. You will have to use "Filter" to check the exact value for the "event" parameter and proceed only if it matches exactly the trigger you expect. These are the possible values for the trigger filter: "Card created", "Card details changed", "Card moved", "Card deleted"
- New Board — Triggers when a new board is created.

- Add Comment — Adds a card comment.
- Add Subtask — Add new subtask to a card.
- Archive/Unarchive Card — Add or remove card from archive.
- Block Card — Block a card.
- Create/Remove Link — Create or remove a link between two cards.
- Discard Card or Restore Discarded Card — Discard card or restore discarded card.
- Download Attachment — Downloads attachment from a card in Businessmap. File will be downloaded to Zapier AWS and direct link to it will be provided.
- Log Time for Card — Log working time on a card for specific user, column and lane. Card must not be in "Backlog" or "Requested" sections.

Can Businessmap card events send SMS alerts?
Yes. Card Events Trigger can start a Zap for events on a Businessmap board, and Mobile Message's Send SMS action can send a message to a selected recipient. Use filters in Zapier when only particular card events should create alerts.
Can an incoming SMS create a Businessmap card?
Yes. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can start a Zap, followed by Businessmap's New Card action. Map the message text and sender details into a suitable column and lane so replies become visible work items.
How do I set up Businessmap SMS automation?
You need Businessmap, Mobile Message and a Zapier account. No code is required. In Zapier, choose the Businessmap trigger or action, add the matching Mobile Message step, connect both accounts, map the fields and turn the Zap on.
