Bunny SMS Integration

A membership studio, a software team on monthly billing, or any operator running a subscription model lives and dies by whether new sign-ups actually get set up properly and on time. Bunny handles the billing side of that with Create Subscription, and pairing it with Mobile Message means a customer's SMS reply can be the thing that starts a subscription rather than a form somebody has to remember to fill in and hand over to billing.

For an operator who runs a text-based sign-up flow, that means a customer who replies to a keyword or confirmation text can have a Bunny subscription created straight from that reply, with no separate step where a staff member logs the details into the billing platform themselves. The subscription exists in Bunny as soon as the text comes in, ready for the usual billing and renewal cycle to take over from there.

This is a one-directional pairing built through Zapier, Mobile Message tells Bunny that a customer has texted in and Bunny creates the subscription record. It does not update existing subscriptions or send anything back to the customer, the value is in cutting out the manual entry between an SMS reply and a new subscription existing in the billing system.
