A member reserves a class, then the front desk has to remember who is coming and who needs a reminder. BTWB can trigger an SMS when a class is reserved, helping your gym send useful confirmation or attendance information without manually checking the schedule.

BTWB also reports Client Added, Membership Subscription Started, Membership Subscription Is Past Due and Class No-Show. Through Zapier, these events can trigger Mobile Message SMS messages for members or internal staff. A past-due membership can prompt a payment reminder, while a no-show can start a follow-up message. Membership cancellations, pauses and expiries can also create timely alerts when your team needs to act.

This is useful for gyms managing many members, classes and subscription changes. Choose the BTWB event, map the member’s mobile number and include the details available from BTWB in the message. Mobile Message performs the text action, while BTWB remains the source of membership and fitness activity. Each workflow is configured independently through Zapier.
