About the BTWB integration
BTWB also reports Client Added, Membership Subscription Started, Membership Subscription Is Past Due and Class No-Show. Through Zapier, these events can trigger Mobile Message SMS messages for members or internal staff. A past-due membership can prompt a payment reminder, while a no-show can start a follow-up message. Membership cancellations, pauses and expiries can also create timely alerts when your team needs to act.
This is useful for gyms managing many members, classes and subscription changes. Choose the BTWB event, map the member’s mobile number and include the details available from BTWB in the message. Mobile Message performs the text action, while BTWB remains the source of membership and fitness activity. Each workflow is configured independently through Zapier.

Can BTWB send a text when a member reserves a class?
Yes. Class Reservation can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS. Use the member and class details supplied by BTWB to send a confirmation or an internal alert after the reservation is recorded.
Can I text members about past-due memberships in BTWB?
Yes. Membership Subscription Is Past Due is an available trigger. It can start a Mobile Message SMS with a payment reminder or another message based on the information available in BTWB.
How do I create a BTWB SMS workflow?
