Brunch SMS Integration

A designer leaves feedback on a live page while the issue is visible, but your team may not see it until much later. Brunch captures precise comments about wording, spacing and page details directly on your website projects. Its New Feedback trigger gives a Zap an immediate starting point when someone adds a comment.

Brunch has no actions in its Zapier list, so it cannot receive an SMS-triggered update or create a record from Mobile Message. It can still help a notification process when paired with Mobile Message through Zapier. For example, a new Brunch feedback item can start Send SMS and alert a project owner that a review is waiting. Include the project, page and feedback details in the text so the recipient can open Brunch and act without checking every project manually.

This is useful for agencies, freelancers and internal web teams managing several approvals. It does not create a two-way connection or turn SMS replies into Brunch feedback. It simply adds a timely text notification to the feedback event Brunch already provides.
