bluebarry SMS Integration

A visitor answers a product advisor question and is ready to consider a recommendation. bluebarry can pass that moment to Mobile Message, allowing the store to send a short SMS with the next step or a contact invitation. This is useful when the product advice needs a timely follow-up rather than relying on the visitor to return to the result page.

Use Question Answered as the main trigger, or use Result Viewed when a shopper opens a recommendation. Mobile Message’s Send SMS action can then deliver a plain-text message using the phone number and product details available in the bluebarry event. The workflow runs through Zapier and does not update bluebarry products or create a two-way customer record. It simply turns a defined advisor event into a message your team or customer can notice.

Keep the text relevant to the recommendation and make sure the recipient has provided a suitable mobile number and permission for the message. A focused prompt can invite a reply, offer assistance or point the shopper back to the result.
