A project manager is watching a busy delivery board when a new project message arrives. Important updates can be missed while the team is handling time logs, activities and client work. A Zap can send selected Birdview PSA events as SMS alerts, helping the right person notice a project change without constantly refreshing the platform.

Birdview PSA can trigger New Project Message, New Project, New Activity, Updated Project, New Activity Message and other project events. These can use Mobile Message's Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List actions. A new project message could alert a project lead, while a new project could create a client contact in Mobile Message. The connection is set up through Zapier, where you choose the event, map the available data and decide who should receive the result.
