Binated SMS Integration

A production order changes status while your team is coordinating suppliers, decorators and delivery work. That update can be easy to miss when staff are moving between orders and customer conversations. Binated can trigger a Zapier workflow when a new order is placed or when an order status changes. Mobile Message can then send an SMS with the relevant update to a customer, supplier or internal contact.

This connection is useful for teams managing artwork, image editing, digitising and typeset orders through Binated. A status message can provide a timely production update, while a new order alert can prompt someone to contact the requester. The text can use order details passed from Binated, with the final message written for plain SMS. Binated continues to hold the order information and manage actions such as updating or showing an order, so the Zap is an alert path rather than a shared order record.
